A charming hand hooked folk art piece with two houses in lovely valley.  The colors are a bit different than the images.  It has a border which is darker and browner than the photo.  We are simultaineously listing two companion pieces.

The condition is very good - we note some discoloration (probably age spotting) in the top/sky section.
