Ok. Technically this is an open box, but with all items that I sell that are customer returns that I buy on liquidation pallets from Amazon....I open and inspect to verify and photograph. This is in fact very new and not messed with. All parts are accounted for as I verified with the installation instructions or other resources online. 

AMAZON, Lowe's, Walmart and Home Depot etc are selling 100s if not 1000s of these for 124 bucks! Don't do it! Buy mine!

Box is beat up a bit, but it did its job as the contents inside are in perfect shape!
