Pokemon Japanese Celebi & Suicune Lottery Winner Leather Meiji Coin Binders Rare

From my personal collection. These Meiji Juice coin binders are made of leather (or leatherette) and were distributed to winners of the second Lottery campaign. Very rare and produced in limited numbers. Comes with the official winning lottery paper notice.

Both are in mint, unused condition. The case holding the binders is also in mint condition.
