a) Please confirm the return address and RMA number with us before you send back the item. (We may request photographs of the package which including the barcode, package list and the item prior of return before processing any damage claims).
b) We accept Royal Mail Economy Delivery and Yodel Economy Delivery service only returning the item. Buyers must provide tracking number and receipt of the returned parcel for us.
c) All non-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 20% of restocking fee and buyers need to be responsible for the returned postage.
d) Goods must be returned in original condition with original packaging. If the returned item is damaged upon receiving, we have the right to give refund based on the damaged condition.
