A lot of two (2) 4 1/2 inch and 4 3/4 inch tall rectangular-shaped pretty TURQUOISE AQUA MARINE colored antique QUACK medicine bottles.  There is a word ECLECTIC and the word ELECTRIC but according to Webster and his Dictionary, there is no such word as ECLECTRIC as Dr. Thomas has embossed on his bottle here.  All part of the quackery!  Also the one bottle here, the OZONE OIL is a rarely seen bottle, and a hard bottle to find.  They are both ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand Blown Into Mold bottles (BIM) with tooled tops, dating back to the late 1800's era.

  • 1st bottle embossed:  "THOMAS' / ECLECTRIC OIL - FOSTER MILBURN & CO - INTERNAL & EXTERMAL". 

  • 2nd bottle embossed:  "DR. THOMAS' / OZONE OIL".

  • Condition:   Bottles both are aged with wear and stain but NO cracks, chips, dings, damage, etc.   PLEASE see pictures to get idea of bottle and label’s overall appearance and condition.

  • Age:  ORIGINAL ANTIQUE hand-blown bottles (Blown-In-Mold = BIM) with tooled-tops, ca. late 1800's.

A GREAT set of 2 little QUACK medicine bottles.   The OZONE OIL is a very RARE bottle and this example is one of very few we've ever seen.  The ECLECTRIC OIL is not so rare as it is just a crack-up that Dr. Thomas invented the word ECLECTRIC (by combining the words Eclectic with Electric) to give his product an extra boost.  It is RARE to find a set of them offered for sale, and these 2 are quite the set, check it out!
