Maintenance steps before use:

1. In order to ensure the use of the use, please wash the new pot before use, grill in medium heat, and then turn it into low heat.

2. Pour an appropriate amount of edible oil into the pot, hold the paper towel with chopsticks, apply the edible oil evenly in the pot in the pot with a paper towel, and use low heat throughout the process. (Generally two or three times, the effect is better, each time it lasts 3-5 minutes).

3. Those who have conditions can use pork skin to complete the second step. After completing the step 2, wait for the pot to cool, use it.

Notes:

This product has no chemical coating, only sprayed with vegetable oil to prevent rust. Black debris will fall off in the early stage of use. This is the carbonization of vegetable oil, which is a normal phenomenon.

The product will have an uneven surface, which is a normal phenomenon in the production process and not a product quality problem. The surface will become smooth after a period of use.
