Step 4: Ship Your Game Console to Us
- Keep your tracking number for reference.
Step 5: Diagnosis & Repair Ticket Creation
- We’ll assess the damage and send you a repair ticket.
- An invoice for the final repair cost (minus deposit) will be provided.
- Repairs begin immediately upon approval.
Step 6: Invoice Payment & Return Shipping
- Once the balance is paid, we ship your fully repaired Game Console back with tracking & insurance.
