This is a very nice Fleur de Lis style cast iron finial with an acorn top. The finial measure 6" high x 3 1/2" wide x 3/4" inside on the bottom.  We have more than one of this style as well as a number of other cast iron finials listed in the "Finials" category of our E-bay store.
