You may return an item and receive a refund under the following conditions:
Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original condition, including all packaging.
Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Returns are NOT accepted for personal reasons (e.g., wrong item ordered, color preference, etc.).
For returns not due to our error, round-trip shipping costs apply.
(Even if the item was shipped with free shipping, the shipping cost will be deducted.)
Buyers must contact us via eBay messaging within the return period specified on each item page (14 or 30 days depending on the product).

The electronic item ships from South Korea and is either:
Free Voltage (e.g., 100V~240V), or
220V Plug Type (Korean standard)
Before using, please check both the voltage and plug type in your country.
If the item is Free Voltage, it will work worldwide with the correct plug adapter only.
If the item is 220V Plug Type, you may need:
a plug adapter, and
a voltage transformer (if your country's voltage is different from 220V).
We DO NOT provide plug adapters or transformers.
If needed, the buyer must purchase them separately.
Note: Free Voltage items do NOT require a transformer, just a plug adapter.
