WOVEN PIG-KILLING APRON

These aprons, woven by men from very fine string that women make from tree bark, is finely made, using pig tails at the end of the fibre tassles, and cane chains between. They are invariably brightly painted, with red and yellow the colours of preference. These aprons are no longer made, possibly not for 30-40 years.
