HOW TO USE
- Clean: Clean the substrate surface with a 50:50 IPA/water mixture.
- Apply: Shake the 4298UV applicator and apply a thin, uniform coating to the bonding surface.
- Dry: Wait 30–90 seconds for the primer to dry completely.
- Bond: Apply your 3M™ 5108, 5952, or 5608 tape within 1 hour for the best results.

Achieving a Permanent Bond:
- Surface Prep: Ensure both surfaces are clean and dry (a 50:50 IPA/Water mix is recommended).
- Pressure is Key: This is a pressure-sensitive adhesive. Firm pressure across the entire surface "wets out" the adhesive for maximum contact.
Cure Time:
- 20 Minutes: 50% ultimate strength.
- 24 Hours: 90% ultimate strength.
- 72 Hours: 100% full permanent bond.
Liner Hack: Use a hobby knife to gently nick a corner of the red film liner for an easier, frustration-free peel.
