We offer a variety of items for sale, from new to gently used, vintage and antique. We take the time to thoroughly inspect all items we sell prior to photographing and listing. Occasionally we will include a video of the product. All of our listings include information about the item, any defects or flaws and any other visible imperfections. We use eBay’s AI feature in the description and add any additional relevant information.  If you don’t see the information you are after, ASK…We do our best to respond to questions within 24 hours.

CANCELATIONS

If we find the item to be damaged or broken due to storage or other unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the purchase. 

PERSONAL INFORMATION

You as the buyer are responsible to make sure the address that eBay has on file is correct.  We do not ship to any other address after a sale has been made.

SHIPPING & RETURNS

We ship using the USPS Ground Advantage. This service is reliable and allows us to offer a more reasonable shipping price.  Our packages are weighed and measured, and the shipping price is based off this information.  Often time we offer a flat rate shipping price or free shipping.  Each listing has the appropriate shipping fee included.  We do offer combined shipping as well. You will need to add all items we sell (associated with this account) to your cart and then request a shipping price.  We reserve the right to ship in separate packages due to the stability of items you are requesting to be combined.  If you make your purchases without requesting combined shipping we reserve the right to pack all items into one package and ship them together. 

Please note, once the package has been scanned with the post office and is in transit to you, USPS is in control. Arrivals dates are estimated dates of arrival, tracking will show you where your package is and if there are any delays that are out of our control. We take pride in packing your item with the upmost care.  Boxes may not arrive damaged on the outside, but the jarring and vibrations along with the weather can cause flaws, defects or cracks in fragile items.  If an item arrives damaged, we request you contact us right away with photos of the box, and the contents.  We happily process a return shipping label so you may send the item back to us.  Please understand we must receive the item before a refund is issued.  This is a policy of eBay’s that we abide by.

FEEDBACK

We are happy to post a positive feedback once we know you are satisfied with your purchase.  Any neutral of negative feedback left without prior communication will be requested to be revised or removed.  If we come to a resolution then a fair honest positive feedback is requested.  There is no obligation to leave feedback on this platform.
