This 1937 Bank of Canada King George VI 1 Dollar PMG graded 65 EPQ Gem Uncirculated Banknote is a great addition to any serious paper money collector. The front of the note has English text on the left and French text on the right. A black and white frame decorated with abstract forms and rosettes with the values "1" and "ONE/UN". The note has a light green on multicolor underprint, and in the middle of the note is a portrait of King George VI in official attire set in an oval frame. Each banknote has a seven-digit red serial number with a 2- or 3-letter prefix. The reverse has a dark green on multicolor underprint and in the middle, you have an allegory of Agriculture, depicting a woman sitting with tools on her lap. On the sides, at her feet, a cornucopia and a sheaf of wheat. We also can see a vast decorative composition all around her. The PMG certification ensures that this banknote is authentic and in excellent condition. This is a great addition to any collection of paper money from India and around the world.
