I purchased this watch in 2015 and used it for about six months before storing it in a drawer in my air-conditioned home, where it has remained ever since. The battery has since drained, which is why the LCD display is currently off. During the time I used it, the watch was in perfect working condition. I stopped using it after switching to a Fitbit, which made this one unnecessary. I expect it will function properly once the battery is replaced. This seller does not accept returns. If any issues with the product, please contact Casio directly.
