At our store, we are committed to ensuring that our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you need to return a product for any reason, please do so within 14 days of the delivery date and contact us immediately so that we can assist you with the necessary arrangements. When returning the product, please include the original receipt or a note with your eBay username.
Please be aware that we will refund the price of the product only once we have received and inspected it. To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must be in its original, unopened, unused, and complete condition (except for manufacturing defects). Please note that we will deduct the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee from the refund amount.
We cannot accept returns for opened packages or products that have been used, are missing parts, or have been damaged due to buyer negligence (except for manufacturing defects). If your product has defects, we will only accept manufacturing defects as a reason for return.
If the package is returned due to the buyer's refusal to pay customs tax or unsuccessful delivery (e.g., insufficient address information, no receiver, local customs, etc.), the buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs, customs fees, and a 10% restocking fee of the total price.
We process refunds promptly after receiving the returned product. Our commitment to customer satisfaction is of utmost importance, and we hold our customers to the same high standard of responsibility.

To ensure a smooth purchasing experience, please note that customers are responsible for any VAT, duty, or custom taxes that are not included in the product or shipping fees. We recommend checking your local customs policy prior to making a purchase to prevent any unexpected charges. In the event that your package is declined or returned due to customs taxes or duty, you will be responsible for the shipping cost and a 10% restocking fee (based on the total price). If your package is held at your local customs, please be sure to contact your local customs office and FedEx/ DHL & Post Office within a set timeframe. If you need any documents to clear customs, please send us a message on eBay, and we will provide the necessary documents after verifying with our courier.
