Upon acceptance of your order you may cancel at any time between placing your order and up to 30 days after receipt of the goods. Cancellation must be made by email. You will be given a Returns Authorisation Number for tracking purposes. Once you have cancelled the order you have a legal ‘duty of care’ to take good care of the goods. You must return the goods at your expense to the address given to you on the Returns Authorisation Form. We would advise a recorded delivery for small items, and an insured delivery for larger items, and of more value. The refund will be processed within 30 days of the order date. Where goods have been returned in a poor state a 20% restocking fee shall apply.
