Shipping Policy:
- Our products are located in Kentucky, USA. The products are located in the United States and are shipped from there.
- We use the official eBay Fulfillment Channel. This channel will automatically fill in the tracking number 10 minutes after you place the order. This means that the eBay Fulfillment Channel has accepted the order and the items are ready to be dispatched from the warehouse.
- We use USPS or UPS/Fedex SmartPost services. The delivery time should be 3-7 working days, depending on your location and the distance from Kentucky. For example, shipping to Indiana takes 3 working days, while shipping to California takes 6-7 working days.
- If you want to cancel the order after it is placed. Please complete it within 8 minutes. Otherwise, once eBay fills in the tracking number, there is almost no chance to cancel the order except for delivering the order to you. However, if you really want to cancel, you can still return the package intact after receiving it.
Return Policy:
- We accept return at our cost within 30 days. Please contact us before you wish to return an item. If an item is defective, it may happen from time to time, we will evaluate the case scenario and we may refund you in full without you returning the item. Pictures of the item being defective or broken has to be provided before we can full refund.
- When a return has been started, we will upload a prepaid label to the returning page. You can use that label we uploaded to ship the item back to us.
- Refund amount will be adjusted if the item is used, missing parts, wrong item returned. We may deduct up to 100% if any of these situation occur.
