I have a Butterick Fast and Easy pattern # 6207 that features a very easy to make top, dress and skirt. The package contains instructions and patterns to make the following:

• Pullover top and dress have neckband and shaped hemline, wrong side shows. A: Lower band. C: Two-piece sleeves. 
• Skirt has elastic waist and side slits.
• All are close-fitting, narrow hem.

It is a misses' sizes Large (16-18), Extra-Large (20-22) and Extra-Extra-Large (24-26). This is a brand new, uncut pattern.
