Los Angeles -- POW bracelet sales astounded her -- Mrs. Gloria Coppin, chairman of the National Advisory Board of Voices in Vital America (VIVA) displays free buttons and a POW-MIA bracelet that the organization sold. VIVA made $4 million from sales of the bracelets, and says the money was used for a program "to educate the American people." Mrs. Coppin said the bracelet program astounded her.Photo measures 8.25 x 10.25inches. Photo is dated 04-05-1973.
