All of our inventory is stored in a smoke-free, cool, and dry environment out of direct light.  Your item will be packed securely and shipped within one day of receiving payment. We are happy to answer any questions. Our return policy allows for a 14-day return window. We require factory-sealed items to remain factory-sealed for return. However, should there be an issue with an item you purchased, please reach out to us so we can work on a resolution for you.  Customer satisfaction is always our top priority!
