Shipping

• Handling Time: We ship all orders within 2 business days (Monday-Friday).
• Combined Shipping: We are happy to combine shipping! Please add items to your cart and request a total from us before paying.
• Carriers: We ship primarily via USPS and UPS, choosing the best service for the item's size, weight, and destination.
• International Shipping: We ship worldwide through the eBay International Shipping program. eBay handles all customs forms and import fees, so the price you see at checkout is the final price.
• Local Pickup: Local pickup is available in Oak Lawn, IL. Please message us before paying to arrange a time.

Returns

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please initiate a return request through your eBay Purchase History. Items must be returned in their original condition. Once we receive and inspect the item, a full refund of the original purchase price will be issued promptly. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was not as described.

Cancellations

We can accept cancellation requests for items that have not yet been shipped. Once a shipping label has been created and the package is in the carrier's possession, we are unable to cancel the transaction.
