As per my listing description and pictures, this is brand new and factory sealed. I have taken pictures of this game from every angle so that you can see that the factory seal is perfectly intact. The box is in perfect shape. You will struggle to find a better example or better price. The contents of this Collector's Edition can be seen in the press pic that was produced by Limited Run Games when this game was available for sale via their website (see last picture). 

This game will be well packaged in a sturdy box and fully insured for delivery. I am currently selling some video games from my collection to fund my next trip to Japan - I always combine postage for more than one game purchased at the same time so that their new owners only pay actual postage costs (I refund the difference back to buyers upon posting).
