Please examine images carefully

The book is in great condition. The front cover bottom left spine is split. The top middle cover is torn. Bottom right cover is folded. The cover has a nice solid feel.

The only other book on ebay I could find is graded for $500. I also couldn't find any on the internet. Seems to be a rare copy.
