This listing is for a Remanufactured Chrysler A518, 46RH Hydraulic Valve Body, model years 1990-1999, with Lockup, 2 Solenoids and Boost Valve, but NO Boost Tube. This Valve Body does not include the Rooster Comb, so please re-use the original. Please see the photos and illustrations below in our Technical Information section for useful tips and identification information.

This valve body is better than OEM, it features many upgrades to increase reliability over the standard OEM valve body.

Theses upgrades include: Upgraded Manual Valve, Upgraded Switch Valve, Upgraded Pressure Regulator Valve, all Solenoids are tested, rebuilt or replaced with new.

CAUTION: Please be careful when purchasing parts on eBay, the majority of valve bodies and parts being sold on here now are either used or made and shipped from China. There are three sellers located in Florida that sell nothing but used valve bodies claiming they are remanufactured, updated and tested. There is also a company out of Columbus, Ohio that goes by CCore on here. They are a company called Capital Core that we used to get all of our cores from. With inflation leading to increased costs you cannot remanufacture domestic valve bodies and sell them for $125-200 and you cannot remanufacture foreign models and sell them for $400. The newer 6 and 8-speed valve bodies cost even more to rebuild. You don't have to buy from us, but you do get what you pay for, so please be careful.

Even though there is NO Core Charge on this valve body, a shipping label is included to return your old valve body so we can keep rebuilding valve bodies for customers like you. For detailed instructions, please read the Core Return section below.

In the above photo you can see a top and bottom view of the A518, 46RH with the location of the Boost Tube(1). A518's with a Hydraulic Regulator do not have the Rooster Comb, so reuse the original.

Warranty Information

This World Wide Specialty Parts manufactured valve body is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. During the first year, if the valve body is determined to be defective, it will be replaced free of charge.

After the first year, the valve body may be returned for repair or replacement, all you have to do is pay for the shipping charges to send it to us.

Failure to contact us before returning a valve body may result in a restocking fee. In addition, any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or disassembly WILL VOID THE WARRANTY! Proof of purchase may be required, so please keep a copy of your invoice just in case. Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, misuse or disassembly will void the warranty.

Please note: Installation of a World Wide Specialty Parts valve body for diagnostic purposes will void the warranty; valve bodies subjected to such misuse and returned under warranty will receive core credit only.

This warranty does not cover: Removal and Replacement Labor Costs, Loss of time, Inconvenience or other Consequential Damage.

Core Charge Instructions(IF APPLICABLE)

BEFORE READING ALL OF THIS PLEASE BE AWARE WE DO NOT CHARGE A CORE ON ALL VALVE BODIES. If we do not charge a core deposit, we just ask you use the prepaid core label to return your core if you do not want it. That way the next person who needs one will be able to get one. Thank you.

When you receive your valve body there will be a plastic pouch on the top of the box. Inside this pouch is the packing slip and prepaid UPS Label for the core folded up together. Use this label and the box the new valve body comes in to ship your core back, just let the valve body drain and place it in a garbage bag before shipping please. Just stick the label on the box and drop it off at a UPS location and we will handle the rest.

You have 90 days to return the core before things become complicated. After 90 days eBay and most credit card companies close the transaction and we can no longer process any refunds. We will accept cores after 90 days you will just have to contact us to arrange another way to receive the refund, through PayPal or another EFT processor.

We have been short-staffed since Covid so core processing may take 4-6 weeks once your core is received. We are doing the best we can and we will get your core charge back to you, we just ask for your patience and understanding.

Please note our valve bodies have identifying markers and tags on them, if you try and return another manufacturers valve body the return will be denied.
