  • Why are the temperature readings from the probes inconsistent?

    The data from Probe 1 and Probe 2 might be swapped. Check the probe numbers and match them correctly to their readings.

  • The app won’t connect during initial setup. What should I do?

    When setting up for the first time, you'll need to take both probes out of the dock. After they're connected, then you can use them one at a time.

  • Why is the repeater beeping?

    -The probe was inserted into the wrong slot. Make sure it’s placed in the correct numbered slot.

    - The probe isn’t fully seated. Press it firmly into place.

    - Weak signal strength. Move the repeater closer to the probe.

  • Why isn’t my probe charging?

    - The probe surface is dirty. Clean it with a dry cloth before docking.

    - The probe isn’t inserted all the way. Press it down firmly.

    - There’s debris in the charging slot. Remove any obstructions.

  • Why is the app showing an alert?

    - Weak Bluetooth signal between the repeater and your phone. Move your phone closer.

    - Weak signal between the repeater and the probe. Reposition them nearby.

    - Strong wireless interference nearby.
