See the bottom of decanter. Translates to Phillip Miscany III  The House of Forgiveness. January 1913. I have not been successful in tracking down much information other than it is Hungarian. This decanter is absolutely amazing. Front, back and sides are done with great detail. It is in antique condition. Even at that, it looks beautiful.
