This game comes in the original box. The box does show some wear. The game board is in amazing condition. There is some wear on the edges of the board and some sun fading on the main side when folded but the playing side is wonderful! The pieces are in excellent condition for their age. Cards contain very few stains and only one card has been bent. Contains all 28 property cards, 16 Chance cards, 16 Community Chest cards, 12 hotels, 33 houses, and money. Has five wooden pieces (not original 7) and original directions. Directions copyrighted 1936. Please see all pictures and I have more if you need them. For a 90 year old game it is in excellent shape!
