These are a stunning pair of Vintage Sheepskin | Shearling, Knee High Boots - by Morlands, England. (Made in Glastonbury, West Country).

Decade: 1970’s.

Original or Production? Original.

*Very good, used vintage condition, but not immaculately presented. E.g., i) There are some inevitable crease lines, (across the top of the foot area), from wearing, and ii) There are some signs of wear to the wedge heels. These are labelled as a UK size 6, but due to the thickness of the Shearling lining, these are more of a UK 5; I'm an average size 5 and they fit me perfectly. Please see pictures, (& mini video clip), as part of the description.*

- Made by a very high-end/premium British brand; Morlands of England is renowned for its sheepskin boots, a legacy that began in 1825 with the production of sheepskin slippers in Glastonbury. The company, initially named Clark, Son and Morland, evolved to become a major force in the sheepskin industry, pioneering innovations like sheepskin rugs and foot muffs for automobiles. By the 1930s, Morlands introduced sheepskin boots, solidifying their reputation for quality and craftsmanship in the sheepskin footwear market. Sadly, Morlands of Glastonbury closed its online store in March 2024

- Rare Sheepskin boots; they just do not make them like this anymore!

- Statement footwear; they definitely have the wow factor

- Many intricate details have been incorporated into crafting these Boots. This really sets them apart from other, similar-styled Sheepskin Boots, you can buy on the high street/online

- Perfect for anyone who loves vintage fashion as much as I do, and definitely worth the investment!

Ideal for many casual, and/or, more evening/fancy dress/party occasions, festivals, gigs and alike. Very durable and versatile; they are easy to dress up, or dress down, depending on the desired look you are seeking. I love the 1970’s style; these look perfect paired with tights and a skirt for retro winter style. Mix and match with other vintage pieces, and/or more modern pieces alike, to create your very own individualistic, and glam, look/s. Made to last for many more decades to come.

Very good, used vintage condition, (especially being approx. 50 years old), and all the quality you would expect from Morlands, England. Morlands, England were renowned for their excellent quality sheepskin merchandise, and these knee high boots are a great example of that. Anyone familiar with this very high-end/premium British brand, will know just how good the quality is. They are not in pristine condition, but being sold in very good, used vintage condition. Please ensure to inspect all the pictures in the Gallery, (as well as the mini video clip), before purchasing, to make certain you are happy with the overall condition/signs of wear, colour and so on. E.g., As mentioned above, i) There are some inevitable crease lines, (across the top of the foot area), from wearing, and ii) There are some signs of wear to the wedge heels. Only selling as I have too many boots in my collection now.
