Welcome to Bowland Autotech, your experts in Land Rover M9V2-14D374-AB Airbag Crash Data Removal and SRS Module Reset. Also known as “Airbag Module Repair,” “Land Rover airbag sensor clearing,” or “Airbag light reset service”, our process removes stored crash data from your existing ECU, saving you from the cost of buying a new one. If your Land Rover (Discovery, Discovery Sport, Defender, Range Rover, Range Rover Sport, Range Rover Velar, Range Rover Evoque, etc.) has been in an accident, we can help you get back on the road safely and affordably.
On your Airbag ECU label, you’ll typically see multiple numbers or barcodes from the manufacturer (e.g., Bosch, Continental, Siemens, TRW, Autoliv). The Part Number we need is often the xxxx-xxxxxx-xx (for example, “L8A2-14D374-CE”). If you’re unsure which code is correct, feel free to send us a clear photo of the ECU label, and we can advise you.
We can work with virtually any Jaguar Airbag ECU part number. Below is a reference list of common prefixes that many Jaguar modules share. If yours starts with any of these, we can reset it:

Q1: Will this fix my airbag light if my seat belt
pretensioners or airbags are not replaced yet?
A1: You must replace or repair all deployed seat belts,
pretensioners, or airbags before reinstalling a reset ECU. Otherwise, the
airbag light may remain on.
Q2: How do you handle modules that arrive physically
damaged?
A2: Physically damaged ECUs (cracked board, water damage,
etc.) are often not repairable. If we cannot reset it, you’ll receive a
refund (minus return postage).
Q3: How long is your guarantee, and what does it cover?
A3: We offer a 12-month guarantee on the crash data reset
process. In most cases, our service is non-intrusive and does not require
soldering. Therefore, there is no external evidence that the ECU was
repaired or that the vehicle had been in a previous crash. This process does
not alter any legal or identifying information on the ECU, so it
will not affect your insurance. If the module fails due to our
workmanship within 12 months, we will redo the reset at no charge, returning
you a “renewed” ECU free of crash codes.
