The item will be shipped out within 3 business day upon the payment is completed. Our regular carrier is FedEx, USPS, and UPS.  Please feel free to message us through eBay if you have not received tracking info after two business days, we will be happy to provide it to you.

We have two warehouses, located in California and Kentucky. The goods are dispatched from which warehouse is closest to the address. Sometimes due to inventory reasons, it will be sent from a far away warehouse. Hope you can understand.
