As per the listing heading and pictures, this is brand new and still in its original factory seal. I have taken pictures of the game from all angles to show that the factory seal is perfectly intact with no rips to the cellophane.

At the time of listing, this was the only factory sealed copy of this game for sale on eBay UK and cheaper than any other sealed copy on eBay worldwide. I have set my Buy-it-Price to be similar to other sellers' pre-owned buy-it-now prices, so hopefully if you have been looking out for this increasingly harder to find Vita release, my price will be seen as more favourable. 

I am selling some other Vita games from my collection to help fund my next visit to Japan - these have been looked after by myself as a collector over the years. As a video game collector, I understand the importance of posting games well packaged so that they arrive as described and pictured. I only post using tracked and fully insured postage.
