Our MODEAL VIBRATOR is for making plaster model in the mechanic chamber of the oral section.
1.Basic Structure
The vibrator is mainly composed of pedestal and vibrator plate. It is also installed the knot for adjusting the intensity of the vibration.
2.Operation Steps
After connecting the power, put the plastic model on the plate, and turn on the adjusting knob. Clockwise direction is to increase the intensity of vibration. Counterclockwise is to reduce the intensity of vibration. Turn off the knob to stop the vibration after the model finishes vibration processing. Then take it off for use.
3.Notices
Guarantee the ground line of the power is working. While vibrating, do not adjust the knob very fast. Adjust it slowly from small intensity to large intensity or gradually from large intensity to small intensity. Cut off the power when finish. Wash the surface of the machine frequently to keep clean, so as to extend the service life.
