This item includes official Klei Entertainment digital redemption cards originally distributed through the Klei Store. All digital codes were created, issued, and validated solely by Klei Entertainment, not the seller.
By purchasing this item, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
All digital codes on these cards are redeemed directly through Klei Entertainment’s own system inside Don’t Starve Together.
The seller does not activate, validate, or generate codes.
If a code fails to redeem, customers must contact Klei using the official support link printed directly on the card:

Per the printed card terms:
The physical card is the entitlement
No language on the card requires an original Klei Store order number
No language requires the buyer to be the original purchaser
No language limits support for gift recipients
All replacement or troubleshooting requests must go through Klei Entertainment support.
If the seller elects (at our discretion) to issue a one-time courtesy replacement, the buyer agrees to:
Attempt redemption again directly through the game.
Contact Klei with the replacement code if issues persist.
Use Klei’s own printed card language when contacting support:
“The redemption card states that it entitles me to a digital gift and does not require an original purchase or order number. The physical card is the entitlement. Please escalate this request.”
After a courtesy replacement is issued:
No further replacements will be provided.
Digital codes have no returns, refunds, or partial refunds since activation is controlled by Klei Entertainment.
The seller is not responsible for:
Code activation failure
Klei’s server or backend issues
Klei refusing support for gift recipients or third-party buyers
Klei policy conflicts not printed on the physical card
All digital support must go through Klei Entertainment, the issuer of the DLC cards.
This policy protects both the buyer and seller and ensures all digital entitlements are handled directly by Klei.
