Up for sale is a Zenith XBV442 DVD/VCR combination player. The VCR side worked well for me when tested of all functions. No noises or anything to be concerned about. The DVD side made a groaning noise when starting to play a disc, but stopped playing and stayed frozen on a blank screen. Other times, it wouldn’t play the disc at all. May need a new laser.
