• based on 9536XL CPLD chip 
• Alliance SRAM 4Mbit S-TSOP32 memory chip
• 2 layers PCB
• whole device has a footprint of DIL40 socket or Z80 CPU
• plug and play installation

Installation:

• Remove the CPU from socket (or desolder, if CPU is not socketed and install 40 pin socket)
• Install the module into socket
• Insert CPU back to device\'s socket
• you now have 64 + 512 KB of RAM :-)
