This is a BEAUTIFUL VINTAGE 24% lead crystal jam/condiment jar made by Ceska in the 1990s.  The jar has a BEAUTIFUL cut pattern of ridges and valleys, with a star pattern on the bottom and the lid.  The lid has a hexagonal handle and has a cut out for a spoon.  "Ceska" is etched on the bottom.  This jar is about 3 inches in diameter and 5 inches tall.  It's in EXCELLENT CONDITION!  There are no chips, cracks, scratches, discoloration, nicks or repairs.  LIKE NEW!
