fabric patches(trilaminate drysuit fabric) cut out by 9cmx9cm and sewn on D-rings , you can glue these patches  to the inside of pockets , other part of suits or if additional equipment required or needed . You can reduce the size (with a sharpen scissor) for smaller attachment points.
