These are functional, high-quality light bulbs. I tend to think they are lightly used, but it has been so long, there is just no way to know how many hours are likely on them. They could be an alternate/spare set that I didn't put to use. When I sold all of my remaining H4 lights, they would have had bulbs in them, so that likely makes these leftovers of some kind.
