1.PREPARE THE SURFACE:​​ This is the MOST important step! For a permanent bond, all surfaces must be ​​perfectly clean, dry, and free of old gasket material, oil, and grease​​. Use a gasket scraper and brake cleaner or degreaser.

 

2.SHAKE WELL & APPLY:​​ Shake the cartridge vigorously for 30 seconds. Cut nozzle tip to desired bead size. Using a caulking gun, apply a ​​continuous, uninterrupted bead​​ of sealant to one surface.

 

3.ASSEMBLE PARTS:​​ Carefully mate the components together within ​​10-15 minutes​​ of application. Finger-tighten bolts to squeeze out a small amount of sealant around the edges.

 

4.​​TORQUE & CURE:​​ Wait about ​​60 minutes​​,for at least 24 hours​​ to allow for a full cure.

• Pressing gently for about 1 minute after Pasting
