This 1960 edition hardback book is in good / very good overall condition and displays little wear inside the book.  The pages are tightly bound and are free from tears, creases, and significant marks.  The scarlet hardboard covers display significant discolouration / fading, although only minor knocks and rubbing to the edges and corners (see photograph).  The book runs to 374 pages (21.5cm x 13.5cm) which includes a general index.  The book also includes an additional 10 pages of monochrome photographs and 4 pages of colour plates.
