From my research, this was made by L. G. Wright Glass in the 1970's. It is a reproduction pattern from Dugan Glass. No chips or cracks. It has 4 panels (2 different-repeating once). This is approximately 2 1/8" high and 4.5/8" in diameter at the widest. Shipping is based on 1 pound. I bubble wrap and pack well!
