I have a Kwik Sew pattern #3998 that features a girls' cover-up and swimsuits. Designed by Kerstin Martensson, the package contains instructions and patterns for the following:

• view A, pullover cover-up has contrast lined hood, raglan sleeves, bottom ruffle, purchased applique, stitched hems and optional bow. 
• View B, two-piece swimsuit has lined fronts on top and bottom, two contrast bows, edges finished with elastic.
• View C, one-piece swimsuit has lined front, contrast binding, flounces with raw edge, five contrast bows and elastic at upper edge and leg openings.

The pattern is a toddler's and child's sizes Extra-Extra-Small (3),  Extra-Small (4-5), Small (6), Medium (7-8) and  Large (10). This is an out of production, uncut pattern - the package has minor wear and priced accordingly.
