We ship our hatch doors across Europe, North America, and other countries worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS, and other delivery services. For large hatches shipped within Europe, we can use private carriers, as not all delivery companies accept packages of this size and weight.

As a seller, it is impossible for us to keep track of all countries’ tax rates and inform each customer of the amount they may need to pay. Import tax may be requested either by the customs service or by the shipping company before the order is delivered. Buyers pay customs duties to their own country, not to the seller, and this is beyond our control.

The door of the basic hatch is designed as a grate with a board on top, while the door of the insulated hatch consists of two solid plates with insulation material between them.

Our interior floor doors are designed to provide easy and convenient access to cellars, basements, plumbing, sewer systems, power lines, and other spaces. This trapdoor can be covered with ceramic tiles, laminate, vinyl, or other finishing materials (up to 35 mm thick). The installed hatch sits flush with the surrounding floor and is almost invisible. It is equipped with gas struts for easy opening. Once installed, the entire structure is strong and stable.
