  • We are available on Saturdays & Sundays by appointment only. Keep in mind that weekend communication & shipments will take place Monday.

  • Sales Tax is collected by eBay automatically depending by State and you will have to have a reseller permit on file with Ebay to be exempt from paying taxes .

 DOMESTIC SHIPPING

  • Shipping/Handling is calculated through Ebay in the listing (you may need to enter your postal code to verify rates).
  • SAME DAY SHIPPING processing for confirmed orders paid M-F before 12:00 PM PST. Payments received after then will still be sent same day if possible (we'll make every effort), but no later than the next business day.
  • We reserve the right to modify if calculated incorrectly due to a weight/measurement error.
  • Note that shipment costs & delivery times to Hawaii, Puerto Rico & Alaska are higher/longer based on location. By bidding you accept to these higher rates and potentially longer delivery times.
  • UPS rates are calculated through eBay based on the weight/dimensions of the item purchased & the distance from us to you. If you find a similar item can be shipped for less from elsewhere, chances are they are located closer to you. If you are unhappy with the shipping rates or feel there is an error with the shipping calculator, let us know before purchasing or making a bid and we will look into other shipping options if they are available. Your purchase is acknowledgement that shipping amounts are 5-star service worthy as rates determined are outside of our control.
  • We generally process items the same day paid (when paid by 12:00PM PST on a business day M-F & later when possible). The time until you receive your item is thus based on what service you pay for rather than how fast we ship (time of delivery to you is fully within your control based on what service you choose). If you need an item quickly, please pay for a faster shipping method (ie pick UPS 2nd Day over UPS Ground or USPS Priority Express over USPS Priority). If the option for a faster service isn't shown, please contact us to work out a faster service.
  • If an item is damaged, please refuse the shipment for expedited claim processing. If you don't notice a damaged item until opened or weren't able to refuse the shipment, please keep all packing materials and contact us directly in order to process claims quickly. If you do not keep the packing material, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return. If you return the item before a shipping company pickup or inspection, we will not be able to process a damage claim or return.

 INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • Free shipping if offered on US shipments is not extended to international shipments
