I would say this is in near mint condition with only some minor white/wear on edges/surfaces and few scratches on the holo.

**There is a very small vertical crease looking defect on the front top above the "70 HP". This is not from being bent. This doesn't show on the back and is very minor. Outside of this the card is in fantastic condition.**

It comes sleeved and inside of a toploader.
