This listing is for our Rebuild and Return Service on a BMW ZF 5HP19 Valve Body. Due to the difficulty in obtaining cores for rebuild, we currently only offer our Rebuild Service on this model. We email you a shipping label, you send us your valve body, we rebuild it, update it and send it back to you.

Turn-around time is usually 3 days, call to check our current average turn around times. It spends one day on the testing table, tested on a pressure tester and a Superflow Dynamometer to make sure everything meets factory spec. and there are zero pressure leaks. The price above includes UPS Ground Shipping to and from our Rebuild Center.

When remanufacturing your valve body it is updated better than OEM. Valve bodies have: Upgraded Shift Valves, Upgraded Regulator Valves, Upgraded TCC Valve, Upgraded Solenoid Modulator Valves installed. Solenoids are demagnetized, cleaned, rebuilt and tested. Defective solenoids are replaced.

CAUTION: Please be careful when purchasing parts on eBay, the majority of valve   bodies and parts being sold on here now are either used or made and   shipped from China. There are three sellers located in Florida that  sell nothing but used valve bodies claiming they are remanufactured,  updated and tested. There is also a company out of Columbus, Ohio that goes by CCore on here. They are a company called Capital Core that we used to get all of our cores from. With inflation leading to increased costs you cannot  remanufacture domestic valve bodies and sell them for $125-200 and you  cannot remanufacture foreign models and sell them for $400. The newer 6  and 8-speed valve bodies cost even more to rebuild. You don't have to buy from us, but you do get what you pay for, so please be careful.

ALL of our valve bodies come with a TRUE LIFETIME WARRANTY, this is the last valve body you will EVER need to buy! Most sellers only offer 12 months/12,000 miles, but we stand behind our rebuilds for LIFE. For complete details please see our Warranty section below.

ALSO, WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE PART NOT FIXING YOUR ISSUE. YOU CANNOT RETURN A PART ONCE IT HAS BEEN INSTALLED ONLY EXCHANGE IT. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU USE AN EXPERIENCED TRANSMISSION TECH TO INSTALL YOUR VALVE BODY. IF PROPER PROCEDURES ARE NOT FOLLLOWED, MANY TIMES IT WILL SEEM LIKE THE NEW VALVE BODY IS FAULTY, GENERATING FALSE ERROR CODES AND THE TRANSMISSION WILL REFUSE TO COME OUT OF "LIMP MODE" OR "FAILSAFE MODE." The BMW version of the ZF5HP19 can be identified by the two large round holes at the
pump end of the valve body. See the red arrows above for the location of the holes.

Warranty Information                                                                                                  

This World Wide Specialty Parts manufactured valve body is backed by our Limited Lifetime Warranty. During the first year, if the valve body is determined to be defective, it will be replaced or repaired free of charge.

After the first year, the valve body may be returned for repair or replacement, all you have to do is pay for the shipping charges to send it to us.

Failure to contact us before returning a valve body may result in a restocking fee. In addition, any unauthorized repairs, alterations, or disassembly WILL VOID THE WARRANTY! Proof of purchase may be required, so please keep a copy of your invoice just in case. Any unauthorized repairs, alterations, misuse or disassembly will void the warranty.

Please note: Installation of a World Wide Specialty Parts valve body for diagnostic purposes will void the warranty; valve bodies subjected to such misuse and returned under warranty will receive core credit only.

This warranty does not cover: Removal and Replacement Labor Costs, Loss of time, Inconvenience or other Consequential Damage.

Please note our valve bodies have identifying markers and tags on them, if you try and return another manufacturers valve body the return will be denied.
