Car Spark Plug Test Principle:

Inautomobile ignition system, the high-voltage ignition coil generates ahigh-voltage (10000 volts or more), and the spark plug diverts it form high-tension ignition coil into the cylinder engine, spark between the spark plugelectrodes will ignite the mixture. The Detector could tell the good sparkplugs from the bad by the strength of the spark.

Notice:

1.Do not pull out or insert the spark plug with the power supply connected. Ifyou want to insertor pull it out, please turn off the power first.

2.When the spark plug is running, the voltage can reach tens of thousands ofvolts, so don't touch it directly with your bare hands to avoid injury.

3.Only the spark plug tester, the spark plugs are not included.
Operation Steps
  • Step1: Insert the normal spark plug into hole1, and insert the to be tested spark plugs into the hole 2/3/4/5.
  • Step2: Connect to power supply.
  • Step3: Turn on the power switch and adjust the working frequency.
  • Step4: Compare and observe the working status of the spark plugs.
