A partial refund may be given or the return may be refused in the event merchandise is not returned in its original condition, missing accessories, or without manufacturer packaging.

Freight & Oversize items: We do not accept returns on orders shipped via freight services.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Please message us through ebay right away. Take pictures of the damage to the unit, packaging, and any associated shipping labels. Shipping damages must be reported within 2 business days of delivery.

What if my product is defective?

Eligible products that are deemed to be defective during our 30 day guarantee may be returned for a refund. We will provide a return label for defective returns. If the item is deemed not defective the cost of the return label will be deducted from the refund. If your item is defective and it is past the return window it will revert to the manufacture warranty. If this is the case we are happy to provide an authorized dealer receipt for warranty purposes.

Return Fees:

Freight & Oversize Return Fee: Items originally shipped via free scheduled delivery/specialty motor freight are not available to return. If it is damaged please send us an ebay message immediately with pics of the damage.

Restocking Fee: A partial refund will be given or the return may be refused in the event merchandise is not returned in its original condition or packaging, was previously installed, is missing parts, cables cut or terminated, has a missing or different serial number from the one shipped, or is damaged during return shipment due to improper packing.

Refused Shipments: Packages refused for any reason other than shipping damages will be subject to return fees. Packages should be received and then a return request opened in ebay if you would like to return an item.
