 the United States will abolish the de minimis rule for imports from Japan. As a result, all shipments will be subject to customs duties of at least 15%, and with additional handling and processing fees, the total may exceed 20%.

In addition, significant delays in customs clearance are expected under this new policy.

Trading cards that do not have authentication numbers listed, including those without PSA or other authentication numbers, as well as non-graded trading cards, are represented by sample images. The actual item may differ from the sample image. Please check the serial number and condition upon arrival. Therefore, we do not accept returns or refunds due to differences between the sample image and the actual item.

We usually ship within 3〜20 business days of receiving cleared payment.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges.These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying. These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up do not confuse them for additional shipping charges. I do not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as "gifts" - US and International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Before purchasing, please note that for high-value shipments (typically over $2,500 USD), U.S. customs may require the recipient to provide personal information, such as an EIN (Employer Identification Number) or ITIN (Individual Taxpayer Identification Number), by completing CBP Form 5106.

Failure to provide the required information may result in the package being returned, in which case a refund may not be issued. Please ensure you are prepared to submit the necessary documents for customs clearance before placing an order.

Since this procedure is required at the time of customs clearance, you will be contacted later through the shipping carrier. Please respond promptly when you receive the notification.

**Important Notice for U.S. Buyers**  

Starting from **August 29, 2025**, the U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) has **terminated the de minimis exemption**. This means that **even items valued under $800 may now be subject to customs duties, taxes, or processing fees** upon import.  

Please be aware that **you, the buyer**, are responsible for any such charges. For details, kindly refer to your local customs office or CBP publications.  

If you refuse to pay the customs duties, taxes, or fees, the item **will not be cleared by customs** and will be **returned to the sender or discarded**.  

**Please note that no refunds will be issued in such cases.**
