1st Captain America Appearance in the Silver Age!

This is a really nice and solid copy of this key book. The lower outer corner of the book was clipped/cut off because it was a remainder/return copy (notice the "no return" stamps front and back at the clipped corners). These books were sold at deep discounts and the clipped corner prevented them from being returned. As you will see, the clipped corner is largely limited to the margins and does not affect the art or story. Other than that, the front cover has light edge wear and an "8" written near the center. The back cover has a 1a 2" crease top left corner and light edge and spine wear. The spine is quite solid and both the cover and centerfold are attached at both staples. Interior pages are in great shape. PLEASE take a close look at the photographs and assess the condition before purchasing.

Shipping: Raw comic books are either sent in Gemini mailers (or similar) or sandwiched between sturdy thick cardboard pieces. Comic books are firmly attached to cardboard with blue painter's tape to ensure they stay put in transit and to make it easier for the buyer to unpack. Orders of up to 1 pound are shipped via USPS first-class mail. Orders over 1 pound are sent priority mail (note that comic books cannot be sent media mail per USPS regulations). All slabs are double boxed with ample packing material.

Returns: Returns available for most raw comic books. I do not generally accept returns for graded books, but there are exceptions - I will accept a return if there is a defect in the slab due to CGC encasing or if the book is damaged during transit.
